Newborn Services
Overnight
Our overnight newborn care service is one of our most cherished offerings! We will come to your home between 9-10pm and remain overnight, working 8-12 hour shifts. We will establish healthy sleep routines and attend to your baby's requirements such as feeding, changing, burping, and soothing them back to sleep. Our services are available for up to 7 nights a week, with the option for as little as 1 night per week. The minimum care we provide is an 8-hour overnight shift.
Daytime
Similar to our overnight service, our newborn care specialists offers daytime newborn care services. This provides you with an extra pair of skilled hands to care for your child, giving you the chance to focus on things other than baby care. Additionally, you can gain valuable insights into infant care from our experienced NCS. The NCS duties include feeding, burping, changing diapers, and putting your baby down for naps. Moreover, they will assist with baby laundry and bottle washing. Daytime newborn care shifts are typically scheduled for 4-8 hours between 7 am and 7 pm, with a minimum of four hours per service. There is no minimum number of days required for scheduling these services.
24/7 Care
24-hour newborn care is a cherished service that combines overnight and daytime care for newborns. As a dedicated newborn care specialist, previously known as a baby nurse, we will cater to your baby's needs during a 16-20 hour shift. When not caring for the baby, the specialist will maintain the nursery, handle household tasks related to the baby, and ensure everything is well-organized. This service is available in shifts ranging from 1 day to 6 months, aiding in the mother's recovery and facilitating a smooth adjustment to life with a newborn. Offering round-the-clock support, including sleep training, lactation help, and overall baby care, the specialist is available 24/7. A private room for the specialist is required in your home, and any travel costs to your location are the responsibility of the family.
